This delicious, mouth watering treat can be hard to find and is only available for a few weeks each year. Paczkis have been enjoyed since the middle ages. Traditionally, they were prepared prior to Fat Tuesday, to use up the flour, eggs, sugar and fruit left in the kitchen that is off limits during lent.
