General Contest Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER: Simply use your Russ's Privilege Plus Card for any Transaction at any Russ's Market Store(s) between 12:01 am, on the Day designated to begin Prize Giveaway period, and 11:59 pm on the Day designated to end the Prize Giveaway Period, and be automatically entered for a chance to win. To enter without a purchase, write your name, complete address and telephone number, with area code, on a 3" by 5" card and mail in a stamped Envelope to: Russ's Market Privilege Plus Prize Drawing, P.O. Box 5824, Lincoln, NE, 68505.



2. ELIGIBILITY: Russ's Market Privilege Plus Card Prize Drawings are open to any legal resident of Nebraska, 21 years or older, at the time of entry. No purchase necessary to enter or win via mail entry; purchase is required to enter via use of Russ's Privilege Plus Card. Purchase of Russ's Market Gift Certificates(s) and/or lottery and/or Ticketmaster ticket(s) as a stand alone transaction(s) are excluded from electronic entry. All employees of Manufacturer/Vendor partners, B&R Stores and it's respective subsidiaries, affiliates, manufactures, licensees or agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible and cannot win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.



3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The use of the Russ's Privilege Plus Card upon Checkout consists of an entry. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the last designated Day of a prize giveaway period. All Mail entries must be postmarked by the last eligible Date and be received by B&R stores within 3 working Days of that date. All entries received after these dates are void and ineligible for prizes. Refer to store signage and Russ's Market weekly advertising for selected offers that may or may not include additional bonus entries when using your Russ's Privilege Plus Card. Bonus entries do not apply to mail entries. Limit one mail in entry per outer stamped envelope per day. Mail in envelopes larger than a standard business envelope will be automatically disqualified. No photo copied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted; incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. No responsibility is assumed for technical failure of any kind or for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, altered, illegible, or postage entries. Electronic entries will be assigned to prize drawing(s) and be eligible for daily, weekly, or monthly drawings corresponding to the actual date of entry. Mail-in entries will be assigned to a specific daily, weekly, or monthly drawing corresponding to postmark date and date received. Russ's Market and it's sponsors are not responsible for incorrect Privilege Plus Card information or for any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data, nor for any type of graphical, typographical or other error, in the printing of the offer or in administration of the prize drawing.



4. PRIZES: Refer to instore signage and Russ's Market advertising circulars for selected Prizes and eligibility dates. Prizes cannot be awarded to the same winner or a member of the household of said winner within a period of 90 days. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. All taxes are winner's responsibility.



5. WINNERS: Winners will be selected in random drawings. All drawings will be completed by B&R Stores, whose decisions are final as they relate to prize drawings. Odds of winning any prize depends on the number of eligible entries received from all participating stores and mail-in entries, combined. Winners will be notified by mail. Winners must comply with all contest rules as published. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity form before prizes are awarded. If prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in minor's name to a parent/legal guardian who must sign all required documents. Winners are required to return documents within twenty (20) days from the post mark date on the prize notification letter. Failure to comply with this requirement, or return of the prize notification letter as undeliverable, will result in a forfeiture of the prize. B&R Stores reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to cancel the Russ's Privilege Plus Card entry method of the sweepstakes, if it becomes technically corrupted and select winners by random drawing from among eligible mail-in entries received. By participating, winners release Russ's markets, B&R Stores, their parent, subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, employees or agencies, of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Russ's Market may use the winners name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. All entries become the property of the sponsor and none will be returned.



6. WINNER'S List: to obtain a list of winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: B&R Stores, PO Box 5824, Lincoln, NE 68505. Designate the prize drawing of interest. Request must be received within 45 days of the close of said prize drawing.
