I have had many cakes made there, and Fran has done a wonderful job! You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee!"

"I received a new prescription a week ago today and was told by my physician to take two of the tablets as soon as I filled the prescription. When we arrived at the store, Amy was filling prescriptions. She looked at my prescription, put it in the computer, and told us the cost for the 30 tablets would be $288. I asked about a generic. None was available for the particular drug, but she said there were other high-quality, comparable drugs that would do the same thing and had generic equivalents. She offered to call my doctor the next day to see if he would change his order.

The next day when I arrived at the store for the verdict, Amy was just completing the call to my physician. She hung up and told me he had changed the prescription... and there was a generic available. She asked, ’How does $37 sound?’"
