A light, elegant white wine that balances sweet, juicy flavors with bright acidity. To create a light, fresh Sauvignon Blanc that displays good balance and vibrant flavors, we blend grapes from three locations: Alexander Valley, Sonoma Valley and Lake County. Alexander Valley fruit provides a core of citrus and juicy tropical fruit flavors. The high elevation volcanic soils of Lake County contribute pretty floral notes and the Sonoma Valley grapes boast distinct mineral nuances. To capture the varietal’s aromatic qualities, the wine is fermented and finished in stainless steel.

Bright and balanced, highlighted by juicy apple, cantaloupe and pear flavors enveloped in a crème brûlée finish. Our Chardonnay reflects the distinctive personality of Monterey vineyards, which give rise to juicy apple, guava and melon flavors. Whole-cluster pressing and a combination of barrel and stainless steel fermentation ensures that the creamy texture and caramelized sugar finish is balanced by a crisp acidity.
Paired with Bacon/bleu chopped salad
A fruit-forward, lushly-textured Pinot Noir expressive of sunny days and cool Pacific nights. Grapes are harvested in early morning, crushed immediately and cold soaked for 48 hours, intensifying the color.
Paired with Caprese Salad
A vibrant California Merlot, displaying luscious plum and red raspberry flavors. Sourced from the same core of Merlot grape-growers since premiere vintage in 1997. Our Merlot combines fruit from Napa, Sonoma and Monterey. Intense aromatics of raspberry and blueberry lead to flavors of crushed berries, vanilla and leather, which are wrapped up in a soft, smooth tannin structure.

A “sky’s the limit” wine, featuring fruit from top-notch vineyards in Napa, Sonoma, Lodi and El Dorado. Blend of Syrah, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Malbec. Like its namesake, our Scarlet Label Red Blend is complex, tempestuous, and alluring. Made from a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this wine offers true distinction.

Black Label Claret
Our signature red wine, layered with flavors of blackberry, cassis and roasted espresso. Our prize offering, the ultra premium Claret, sports a label that honors the first Cabernet Sauvignon blended in a Bordeaux style by Gustave Niebaum in 1910. This Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend is alluring and sophisticated; it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise.
Debuted with the 2006 vintage, the first year our wines were produced at the Sonoma property. For our Ivory Label Cabernet Sauvignon, we combine fruit from appellations as far north as El Dorado and as far south as Paso Robles where some of our vineyards experience diurnal temperature extremes, which slows the ripening process and enhances the rich, succulent flavors of the fruit, as well as the complexity of the palate.
