Central Coast Pinot Noir

Our William Hill Estate Central Coast Merlot is a robust and layered take on this classic varietal. This wine features rich flavors of black cherry, plum, blackberry and spice on the substantial palate, while notes of black pepper, caramel, toasted oak and chocolate linger on the finish.

North Coast Cabernet
Our William Hill Estate North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich palate of dark fruit flavors, with subtle hints of toasted oak and caramel. The Lake County Cabernet brought tremendous structure and ripe blackberry flavors, while Sonoma and Mendocino Cab added a firm acidity and subtle red fruit flavors. We blended a touch of Merlot to round out the mouthfeel for a long, pleasing finish.
