Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio 152 has vibrant aromas and flavors of white peach, green apple, lemon curd and tangerine zest, balanced with a hint of minerality. Medium-bodied with a round mid-palate and crisp acidity, this refreshig Pinot Grigio has a lively, lingering finish. Serve best with fresh salads, pasta’s, seafood or chicken.

Sauvignon Blanc
Noble Vine’s Sauvignon Blanc 2013 vintage exhibits vibrant aromas of ripe peach, honeydew melon and citrus. Medium-bodied with a round mid palate and crisp acidity. This refreshing wine offers flavors of nectarine, melon and a hint of lime zest.
Paired with Goat Cheese on a Water Cracker

Chardonnay
This Chardonnay exhibits appealing aromas of ripe pear, pineapple and melon. Medium-bodied with a creamy mid-palate, this delightful wine offers flavors of peach and coconut, with hints of lemon and toasty vanilla spice. Enjoy this wine with friends, on its own or with soft cheeses, seafood, salads, pasta in wine or cheese sauce, or roast fowl.
Paired with Salmon and Wild Rice. 

Pinot Noir
Noble Vines 667 Pinot Noir exhibits appealing aromas of black cherry, plum and a hint of bittersweet cocoa powder. Plush tannins and balanced acidity support core flavors of ripe Bing cherry, juicy plum and delicate hints of soft, toasty oak. The pedigree of the grapes makes 667 an appropriate wine for dinner parties, to be enjoyed on its own or with nearly any cuisine, particularly salmon, roast lamb, or salads with cheeses or nuts.
Paired with Assortment of Cheese and Mixed Nuts. 

Merlot
This wine offers softer tannins than Cabernet Sauvignon, but equal elegance and concentration. It opens with aromas of black cherry, vanilla and toasty spice. Fresh fruit flavors of currant and cherry mingle gently with spicy cedar and vanilla. The wine is supple in texture, full bodied, long and well-balanced on the palate, with a lingering finish. With a gentle balance of tannins and acidity, it is the perfect companion to pasta with sausage and roasted peppers or a pan seared steak with mushrooms and parsley.
Paired with Sharp Cheddar and Dark Chocolate. 

Red Blend
The Red Blend Wine is a blend of dark red varieties; the selection varies from vintage to vintage to obtain the most delicious blend from each harvest. Merlot and Zinfandel lend fruit forward notes and soft tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon provides dark cherry flavors and firm structure. Malbec and other red varieties may also be included in the cuvee for additional complexity.
Paired with Bakery Artisan Bread. 

Reserve Cabernet
Noble Vines 337 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits lively aromas of black cherry, ripe currant, fresh herbs and lightly roasted coffee. Supple tannins and balanced acidity support core flavors of blackberry, black cherry and toasty oak, intertwined with spicy black pepper accents. It is rich and complex, and so may be enjoyed on its own or with a range of cuisine. We particularly suggest herb roasted pork loin, baked chicken or barbecued steak and sautéed mushrooms.
Paired with Deli Made Crab Salad.
