S’mores – no more melted chocolate required!


  • Graham crackers
  • Jumbo marshmallows
  • Melissa’s chocolate dessert sauce
  • Melissa’s caramel dessert sauce


  • Roast marshmallows over a campfire OR place them on one Graham cracker and microwave
  • Place roasted marshmallow on Graham crackers
  • Top with Melissa’s chocolate dessert sauce and Melissa’s caramel dessert sauce

Frozen S’mores


  • Graham Crackers
  • Jumbo or mini marshmallows
  • Hershey’s chocolate bars
  • Chocolate almond bark


  • Break Graham Crackers into single sections
  • Place 1 jumbo marshmallow or 4-6 mini marshmallows on one Graham cracker and fill one plate with these

  • Place one chocolate square on one Graham cracker and fill a separate plate with these
  • Place the Graham crackers with chocolate on them in the microwave for 30-40 seconds
  • Place the graham crackers with marshmallows on them in the microwave for 30-45 seconds (just until they puff up)
  • Put chocolate and marshmallow Graham crackers together
  • Melt chocolate almond bark in the microwave until completely melted

  • Dip the s’mores into the melted chocolate part way, let excess chocolate drop
  • Place onto a baking sheet with wax paper
